Who we are
GeMarkt is an independent studio operated by its founder, Hasan Oğuz Erkan. There is currently no separate registered company behind it; if that changes, this page will name the legal entity. Historical works are considered for the catalogue under the work-and-file process described in our copyright policy.
This website
gemarkt.com currently provides catalogue and editorial information and links to third-party checkout. It does not offer onsite accounts or checkout. Quotation and reuse remain subject to applicable law and any licence stated on the relevant page; you are welcome to link to the site.
Buying from us
Our products are sold through our Etsy storefronts — TheCapitalOfArt, LumenArtee, and frofyprint. Purchases are subject to Etsy's terms, the applicable live listing and shop policy, and mandatory consumer law. Current price, availability, shipping and delivery details are shown on Etsy. If this site differs from a live listing, check the listing or contact the shop before buying.
What belongs to whom
The copyright status of a historical artwork and the terms attached to the exact digital file are separate questions. Any rights conclusion is limited to the named work, intended territory and documented provider file; it is not a worldwide guarantee for an artist's entire output. We do not claim authorship over the historical artwork. GeMarkt-authored text, original photography, mockups, design assets and software contributions may be protected separately; no reuse permission is granted unless a page or third-party licence says so. Accuracy
We try hard to make the figures on this site true, and we say where each one comes from. They are counts taken on a stated date, not guarantees, and they move. If you find something on this site that is wrong, we would genuinely like to know.
