Privacy
This is a short page, because there is very little to tell you.
What this website collects
Nothing.
gemarkt.com is a set of static files. There is no database behind it, no account system, no contact form, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising network, and no third-party scripts of any kind. We do not know who visits, how many of you there are, or where you came from — not because we discard that data, but because we never receive it.
Cookies
None. The one thing this site stores in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, kept in localStorage under the keygemarkt-theme. It never leaves your device, it is not a cookie, and it is not sent to us or anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Server logs
Our web server records ordinary request logs — IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and browser user-agent — as a normal part of serving a page and keeping the server secure. These are not analysed, not profiled, and not shared.
If you email us
If you write to contact@gemarkt.com, we obviously receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, because we do not have one.
Buying from us
We do not sell anything on this website. Our products are sold through Etsy, and any purchase you make is governed by Etsy's privacy policy, not this one. We see only what Etsy shows a seller — the details needed to fulfil an order. We never see your payment details.
Your rights
Since we hold no data about you from this site, there is nothing for us to show you, correct, or delete. If you have emailed us and would like that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.
